Refund Policy
Eligibility
Non-perishable items may be refunded within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Perishable agricultural produce is not eligible for refund unless damaged or incorrect on arrival.
How to Request
Contact support with your order ID and photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery. We review and respond within 3 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Perishable goods, custom or bulk orders, and clearance/sale items are final sale.
