How do I know a farm is actually verified?
Every farm is visited in person by a ZAC field agent before their first listing goes live, and again periodically after that. Verified listings show a certification badge on the product page.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver nationwide. Livestock and cold-chain items use specialized transport; delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your address.
Can I inspect livestock before accepting delivery?
Yes. Payment is only released to the farmer once you confirm the delivery matches what was listed.
How do I become a seller on ZAC?
Sign up for an account and select "Become a seller" — a field agent will reach out to schedule a farm visit before your listings go live.
